Overview
bumb is a token launchpad on Solana. Anyone can create a coin in one transaction; the coin trades on a bonding curve from the first second, and when the curve has collected a fixed amount of SOL the coin graduates into a permanent, locked liquidity pool on Meteora.
bumb is a 1:1 clone of pump. The curve shape, the supply split between curve and graduated pool, the graduation threshold and the fee behaviour are the ones that made pump work, expressed as a Meteora Dynamic Bonding Curve (DBC) configuration. There is no bumb-specific smart contract to trust: every coin is a pool of the public, audited DBC program, created from a single immutable config key that anyone can inspect.
Design goals: no hidden economics, no team allocation, no admin keys over your coin, and a curve whose every parameter is readable on chain.
Lifecycle of a coin
- Create. The creator uploads an image and metadata, and signs one transaction. It mints a Token-2022 token with a fixed supply of 1,000,000,000, writes name / ticker / URI onto the mint, revokes mint and freeze authority, and opens a virtual pool against SOL. An optional first buy executes in the same transaction.
- Trade on the curve. Buys deposit SOL into the pool and move the price up along the curve; sells do the opposite. Price is a deterministic function of the SOL in the pool. Any wallet, terminal or bot can trade it through the DBC program.
- Graduate. When the pool holds 75.4 SOL, curve trading stops. The SOL and the reserved 19.4% of supply are deposited into a Meteora DAMM v2 pool at the final curve price. The LP position is permanently locked.
- Trade on DAMM v2. From here the coin behaves like any Meteora pool: aggregators route to it, the LP cannot be pulled.
Curve parameters
All values are read from the config account and are identical for every coin launched on bumb.
- Quote asset
- SOL
- Total supply
- 1,000,000,000 (fixed, no inflation)
- Decimals
- 6
- Starting market cap
- 25 SOL
- Graduation market cap
- 350 SOL
- Graduation threshold
- 75.4041 SOL collected on the curve
- Sold on the curve
- ≈ 806,103,739 (80.6%)
- Reserved for DAMM v2
- ≈ 193,896,261 (19.4%)
- Curve shape
- single segment, constant-product style, market-cap mode
- Activation
- immediate (slot-based)
Price multiple from launch to graduation is 14×. There is no team, treasury or airdrop allocation: supply is either sold on the curve or seeded into the graduated pool.
Fees
bumb charges no platform fee on top of the curve: no launch fee of its own, no listing fee, no percentage of your supply. The curve itself has a fee schedule, set once in the config and shared with the protocol that runs it:
- Curve trading fee
- 1% of each swap, taken in SOL
- Who receives it
- 20% to the Meteora protocol, 80% to the bumb config (funds the launchpad)
- Pool creation fee
- 0.01 SOL per coin, paid by the creator at launch
- Migration fee
- 10% of the SOL collected, taken once at graduation
- Graduated pool fee
- 0.25% per swap on DAMM v2 (accrues to the locked LP)
- Network
- standard Solana transaction fees and account rent
Fee numbers come straight from the config account and cannot be changed after the fact; a different schedule would require a new config key, which would be announced here.
Graduation & liquidity
Graduation is triggered by the program, not by the team. Once the pool's SOL reserve reaches the threshold, swaps on the curve are rejected and the migration instructions become callable by anyone. bumb runs a keeper so graduation normally lands within seconds, but if it ever did not, anyone could finish it.
- Destination
- Meteora DAMM v2 (constant-product, position NFT)
- SOL deposited
- ≈ 67.86 SOL (threshold minus the 10% migration fee)
- Tokens deposited
- ≈ 193,896,261
- LP ownership
- 100% permanently locked; nobody can withdraw it
- Creator LP
- none: the creator receives no LP tokens and holds no claim on the pool
Token standard
Coins are Token-2022 mints with the MetadataPointer and TokenMetadata extensions: name, ticker and metadata URI live on the mint account itself, with no external metadata program. Mint authority and freeze authority are revoked at creation, so supply is fixed and no account can ever be frozen. No transfer fee, no transfer hook.
Wallets and explorers that support Token-2022 (Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, Solscan, Jupiter, Axiom, Photon) show these coins natively.

A coin is a bumb coin if and only if its DBC pool account points at the config key above. The board lists exactly those pools and nothing is curated by hand: every entry is verified against the pool account before it is shown. If a coin created outside this site is missing, opening /coin/<mint> checks it on chain and adds it.
For developers
Everything on this site is reproducible from public data. To list bumb coins, fetch DBC VirtualPool accounts filtered by the config key; the pool state carries the base mint, sqrtPrice, quoteReserve and the migration flags. Price in SOL per token is (sqrtPrice / 2^64)^2 × 10^(6−9); market cap is price × total supply; progress is quoteReserve / migrationQuoteThreshold.
The official @meteora-ag/dynamic-bonding-curve-sdk exposes state.getPoolsByConfig, state.getPoolByBaseMint, pool.swapQuote2, pool.swap2 and creator.createPool; this frontend builds every transaction with it and nothing else. Read the DBC reference at docs.meteora.ag.
Public JSON on this site: GET /api/tokens (all coins, live) and GET /api/tokens/<mint>. Both are uncached snapshots a few seconds behind the chain.
FAQ
- Is this the pump contract?
- Economically, yes: same shape of curve, same fixed-supply / graduate-to-AMM model, same creator-first-buy flow. Technically it runs on Meteora's audited DBC program rather than a re-deployed copy, so there is no new program to audit and every terminal already indexes it.
- Can the team rug a coin?
- No. There is no admin authority over pools, mint and freeze authorities are revoked at creation, and the graduated LP is permanently locked by the program. The only thing the bumb key can do is claim its share of fees.
- What happens to the SOL if a coin never graduates?
- It stays in the pool and holders can sell back into the curve at any time. Nothing is locked until graduation.
- Why Token-2022?
- It is what graduated pump coins use today, it lets metadata live on the mint, and the whole ecosystem (wallets, DEXes, explorers) supports it.
- Can I trade bumb coins elsewhere?
- Yes. Curve-phase coins are DBC pools and graduated coins are DAMM v2 pools; both are routed by Jupiter and listed by trading terminals.
Risk disclosure
Coins launched on bumb are created by independent users. bumb does not vet, endorse or control them. Prices on a bonding curve are volatile by design and most coins never graduate. Only trade what you can afford to lose. Nothing on this site is financial advice.
